Engineering Operations Analyst (Presencial)

Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and report key engineering performance metrics. Track engineers’ workload and capacity in coordination with Engineering Managers. Consolidate data and produce executive-level presentations (Ops Reviews, All Hands, etc.). Support requirements gathering for engineering dashboards. Create and standardize site and group presentation formats. Coordinate timelines and content with managers for internal/external reviews. Support site review meetings, documenting actions and ensuring timely follow-ups. Track and report engineers' progress in training programs. Maintain and update skill matrix documentation with input from functional leads. Coordinate 1-on-1 meetings and coaching to promote well-being. Oversee compliance monitoring on-site, especially during construction or hiring phases. Manage site-related personnel expenses during growth phases. Design tools and workflows for project management and resource tracking. Drive process improvement initiatives across engineering operations. Document new or updated processes with clear, actionable instructions. Requirements: Fluent in English Excellent documentation and team coordination capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in engineering operations or similar roles. Proficient in data tools like Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), TM1, Tableau, PowerBI, or Tempus. Strong skills in PowerPoint for executive-level presentation building.
