Competencies Project management: successfully completes projects in a timely fashion. High speed assembly, manufacturing industry, and Automation experience. Experience with multi-axis robots, motion control systems, and vision systems. Perform advanced PLC programming. Advance knowledge in Electrical design & mechanical design, implementation and debugging for Automation development equipment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple projects/priorities to meet specific goals & deadlines. Oral Communication: speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; demonstrates presentation skills. Written Communication: writes clearly and informatively, presents numerical data effectively, able to read and interpret written information. Problem Solving: identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Highly motivated and self-driven professional: skillful, productive, efficient, creative. Good/excellent ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and technical drawings. Highly organized and process oriented, experience with risk assessment, management, and contingency planning. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all automation activities. Education Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree In electronic, automation, Mechatronic or Robotics. English: Full Professional Proficiency
