Operations Module Manager (Night shift)

Requirements: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in supervisory or leadership positions in production environments, with a focus on personnel management and work environment. English proficiency Supervisory Responsibility: Directly supervises production coordinators and supervisors and indirectly supervisors and coordinators of support areas such as: warehouse, quality, security guards, medical service, engineering, building maintenance, among others. Indirectly supervises approximately 800 employees. Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal relationship management skills. Decision-making, problem-solving, and effective leadership abilities. Knowledge of occupational safety and health. Availability to work night hours or extended shifts as needed. Working Conditions: Work in a production plant, with exposure to industry-specific conditions. Night shift (second shift). Monday to Friday from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Availability for flexible work hours according to operational demands."
